Travel Package Includes:
- 7 nights double room accommodation in hotels mentioned or equivalent
- Meals per day as noted (B=Breakfast, L=Lunch, D=Dinner)
- One drink per included meal: bottle of water, coffee, glass of wine, beer, Mojito, soft drink, etc. Any additional drinks can be ordered and paid for by the client in cash.
- Private English speaking national guide
- All transportation as noted in itinerary by modern air-conditioned vehicle
- All entrance fees to included tour sites
- 2 bottles of water per day per person onboard the motor coach (except transfer days)
- Cuban travel insurance covering medical re-patriation expenses only (required by the Cuban government)
- Authorization documentation allowing passengers to clear US immigrations upon returning to the United States provided by Vaya Sojourns, Inc. (USA Office of Foreign Assets Control: licensed Cuba Travel Service Provider)
Package price does not include:
- Air transportation to or from Cuba: (estimated cost from JFK $900)
- Cuba visa fee: $85.
- Travel Insurance
- Gratuities to guides, drivers, hotel maid service, hotels porters, restaurant waiters.
- More than one drink at meals in Havana, Matanzas and Cojimar which are included in the program at restaurants.
- Cuban departure tax 25CUC (approximately $30 USD per person)
- Expenditures of a personal nature (laundry, telephone, internet fees, etc.)
- Anything not mentioned in “Included” above

Pre-Trip Documentation
A passport (valid for at least six months after the scheduled return date) is required. A Visa is also required which Vaya Sojourns, Inc. will obtain for you and provide to you before departure due to the special requirements to visit Cuba. (1) An affidavit confirming you are traveling under a people-to-people license and that you will participate in the full-time schedule of educational exchange activities, (2) Travel Registration Form, (3) a color copy of your valid passport. If the above documents are not provided to Vaya Sojourns you will not be allowed to travel. Additionally you will receive a Letter of Authorization from Vaya Sojourns stating that you have permission to travel under our license.this Letter of Authorization will be attached to the travel affidavit and given to you prior to departure.
VAYA Sojourns Cuba Programs
Vaya Sojourns, Inc. has been approved by the United States Department of the Treasury, Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), which authorizes those who register as participants in our programs to visit Cuba legally. Our itineraries provide a full-time schedule of people-to-people educational exchange activities designed to result in meaningful interactions between our travelers and individuals in Cuba. United States law requires that all participants in our programs adhere to the full-time schedule of people-to-people activities.
